Photomaton by Dominique Duvivier “The 3 packages of 7”, the great classic of the magic of revisited cards … without any physical card! Cornelius/Duvivier The magician shows boxes that include photos on each side. The first box shows on each side cards scattered in all directions, as if they had been thrown on the ground. There are cards faces in the air, and faces below. A spectator thinks of one of the cards he sees. In the photo of the following cardboard, we see three columns of seven cards each, arranged as for the turn of the “3 packages of 7”. The spectator reviews the three columns one by one, and says each time if he sees a card of the same value as his own or not. On the next cardboard, all the cards are faces in the air, except one which is facing below; The spectator does not see his card: so it’s the one that returned! So, without asking any questions, the magician guess the name of the thought card! The box is then turned over: all the cards are now faces below, except one … which is the card designed by the spectator! The cardboard was then returned again; All the cards are now identical: these are all duplicates of the card that has however been thought! This version of the “3 packets of 7” is simply incredible, the additional climaxs are unexpected and quite impactful!
